Eleven Sudanese migrants and a Libyan driver died in a desert car crash in Libya on Friday, authorities said. The crash occurred early Friday 90 km (56 miles) north of Kufra when the migrants' vehicle collided with a truck, Kufra’s Ambulance and Emergency Service said. The dead included three women and two children, while a 65-year-old man and his 10-year-old son were injured, a service official told AP. It follows the deaths of seven Sudanese migrants earlier this month after their vehicle broke down in the desert.
