According to a statement released by the Ministry of Transport and Logistics on Friday, approximately 1.9 million travelers and 447,000 vehicles passed through Moroccan ports between June 5 and August 15 as part of the “Marhaba 2024” operation. The ministry reported that the transit operation is proceeding “under favorable conditions.” Local media reported inbound traffic to Morocco, Moroccan ports was around 1.33 million passengers and 317,000 vehicles. Meanwhile, about 570,000 passengers and 130,000 vehicles traveled to Europe from Moroccan ports.
