BP, the UK-based energy company, has awarded a multi-year subsea contract to Texas-based Oceaneering. The contract involves subsea inspection, maintenance, and repair as well as providing remotely operated vehicle services, in what is seen as a key milestone in one of the UK energy giant's largest projects. Oceaneering will provide project management, engineering, and integration support through its global and local teams, according to a press release.
