Brazil’s Votorantim Cimentos has divested its assets located in Tunisia to Chinese based Sinoma Cement. Votorantim Cimentos said it took this decision based on its portfolio management strategy, seeking “to maximize value for its shareholders and balance the geographic positioning between mature and emerging markets, optimizing the risk management of the company's consolidated portfolio.”
