Speaking at the opening of Emaar Misr’s new Palace Beach Resort Marassi, Madbouli said the area holds year-round economic potential. The EGP 9 billion resort marks the developer’s 11th hotel in the region, as Egypt seeks to reposition itself as a luxury destination.
