Egypt will offer Hurghada International Airport to private operators by year-end, marking the country's first airport privatization, according to Egypt Today. The International Finance Corporation (IFC) is advising on the strategy, which aims to boost efficiency and align with global service standards. The move is part of Cairo’s broader push to attract foreign investment and modernize key infrastructure sectors, including tourism.
