Five Sudanese families who fled to Egypt and later moved to Libya in search of work and better living conditions
Egyptian prosecutors are investigating the circumstances behind a mummy found in a cage in the streets of the southern Egyptian city of Aswan, according to reports in national media. Initial findings say the mummy is in a deteriorated condition with a detached head. It reportedly dates from the late period of an ancient Egyptian dynasty, though no dates were given. The artefact has been transferred to a regional museum for safekeeping.
