Egypt's Central Agency for Organization and Administration (CAOA) has unveiled "KMT," an Artificial Intelligence-based chatbot, developed with the support of the USAID. According to an official press release, KMT is designed to operate around the clock, seven days a week , answering over 50,000 legal and administrative questions related to civil service legislation. KMT analyzes the questions and responds instantly through the CAOA website or the agency’s WhatsApp and Facebook applications.

USAID Mission Director Shawn Jones praised the achievement as showcasing the promises of digital transformation in Egypt.
