Ethiopia alarmed by Egypt's deployment of Special Forces and arms to Somalia

Egypt has deployed arms, military hardware, and special forces to Somalia under a recent Arab League military cooperation agreement, security officials told The National. The move has provoked Ethiopia, Somalia's neighbor and rival, which warned it would not tolerate external interference in the Horn of Africa.
