According to the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), Mele Kyari, speaking in Texas this week, noted that the final investment decision on the $25 billion pipeline would be reached by December 2024. It is one of the most ambitious projects across the continent involving 13 African countries.
