Morocco and France have agreed on a roadmap to deepen energy cooperation, focusing on renewables, hydrogen, and a groundbreaking underwater power interconnection. Moroccan Energy Minister Leila Benali and her French counterpart Marc Ferracci, met in Paris to accelerate joint projects in low-carbon technology, manufacturing, and energy storage. The initiative supports Morocco’s ambition to become a regional clean energy hub and strengthens bilateral industrial ties.
