Libya, Turkey set $5B trade target

The visit follows French endorsement of Moroccan sovereignty over Western Sahara, and a strengthening of bilateral ties. Recent agreements include €10 billion in trade and investment, targeting sectors like rail, energy, and green hydrogen.
