Greece and Egypt agreed to a "strategic partnership" Wednesday, strengthening political coordination amid Gaza’s war. The deal, signed by Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi and Greek PM Kyriakos Mitsotakis, aims to enhance bilateral ties and promote regional stability. Both leaders stressed adherence to international law and called for an immediate Gaza ceasefire and humanitarian aid access. Mitsotakis backed an Arab-led Gaza reconstruction plan. Migration was also discussed as Europe watches Egypt’s economic strain fueling migration pressures.
