IMF disburses $49 million to Mauritania

This week the IMF Board of Directors approved a $49.2 million disbursement after concluding the Fourth Reviews of Mauritania’s Extended Credit Facility and the Extended Fund Facility arrangements. The IMF reported that Mauritania’s ‘growth is expected to remain favorable in the medium term, supported by the government infrastructure drive and by private investment.’
