Libya’s Finance Minister Khaled Al-Mabrouk held talks with China’s chargé d'affaires, Liu Jian, to discuss the revival of stalled projects in Libya, including key infrastructure developments in higher education. During the meeting in Tripoli, the two officials discussed the potential for Chinese firms to return and resume work on projects that had been put on hold, such as the completion of Fezzan University and other educational institutions.
