North-West African states have a growing role to play in ocean governance—and global frameworks should reflect it. As diplomats
Libya’s Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, and the President of Somalia, Hassan Sheikh Mahmoud, met on Monday to discuss areas of cooperation around Libyan investments in Somalia, and ways to enhance economic and development cooperation between the municipalities of Tripoli and Mogadishu. According to the Hakomitna media platform several other memoranda were also signed.
