Libya and Tunisia reopened the Tunisian consulate in Benghazi on Monday after a decade-long closure following a 2014 grenade attack. Libya's Foreign Ministry called the move a key step in restoring ties, easing consular services for citizens. The reopening follows months of talks, signaling stronger political cooperation between the two nations.
