Libya’s NOC, Algeria’s sonatrach sign four energy cooperation deals

Libya’s National Oil Corporation (NOC) and Algeria’s Sonatrach signed four MoUs to boost collaboration in geophysical exploration, oilfield services, research, and training. The deals include partnerships between their geophysical and well services units, joint R&D efforts, and skills development programs. The agreements aim to strengthen technical cooperation and regional integration in the energy sector, building on the long-standing partnership between the two state-owned firms.
