Renowned Moroccan actor Mohamed Choubi died in Rabat on Tuesday after a long illness, the Moroccan Syndicate of Dramatic Arts Professionals announced. Born in Marrakech in 1963, Choubi was a celebrated figure in theater, film, and television, graduating from Rabat’s Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts. His notable works included plays like Kherboucha, TV series such as Moul El Melih, and films like Moroccan Symphony. Choubi also directed theater productions, leaving a lasting legacy in Moroccan arts.
