Morocco aiming for 20% energy savings by 2030

Morocco has one of the most ambitious energy targets in the region in terms producing 52% of its energy through clean renewable sources by 2030.Minister of Energy Leila Benali confirmed that over 2,000 megawatts of renewable energyprojects have been approved during the current government’s term representing an investment of more than $1.8 billion.
