Morocco and Italy Ink Deal for Mutual Recognition Joint of Driving Licenses

In a landmark move, Morocco and Italy have inked a deal for the mutual recognition of driving licenses, facilitating the license conversion process for Moroccan residents in Italy. 

The agreement announced at the Italian Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, concludes prolonged discussions between the two nations. 

It underscores Morocco's efforts under King Mohammed VI's guidance to support its citizens overseas, building on Transport Minister Mohamed Benabdeljalil's prior declaration that Moroccan licenses are now valid in 20 countries.
