Morocco and Palestine have entered into a memorandum of understanding to help promote cooperation across the logistics sector, including road, maritime and air transportation.The MoU was signed by Morocco’s Minister of Transport Abdessamad Kayouh and Palestine’s Minister of Transport Tarek Zaghreb, and focuses on capacity building, knowledge exchange, technical assistance, especifically in port and road transport development. Morocco will also provide support towards the reconstruction of Yasser Arafat International Airport in Gaza, which has been destroyed by Israel.
