According to reports by Israeli outlet i24 News quoting a new report by the Economic Complexity Observatory (OEC) has revealed
In a meeting between Nasser Bourita, Morocco’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Stephanie Khoury, the Acting Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General for Libya, Bourita emphasized the need of the United Nations' involvement in legitimizing any peace process in Libya. The minister’s comments followed Khoury's working visit to Rabat, which aimed to enhance coordination and consultation between Morocco and the UN. The Minister added that this meeting is an opportunity for Morocco to re-affirm its position about the Libyan crisis and to emphasize that conditions appear favorable in Libya to further the Libyan process. He pointed out Morocco's constant belief that the Libyan crisis can only be resolved by Libyan people themselves, and that the issue of legitimacy in Libya hinges on elections.
