French publication Le Monde is reporting that groups such as JNIM and ISWA, are "exploiting the portable, high-speed connectivity
According to a publication by JLL Real Estate Investments and Consulting, Morocco has been ranked first in the Maghreb region and 59th globally in the 2024 Global Real Estate Transparency Index. Morocco received a score of 3.55, placing it in the “low transparency” category. The report noted that across the Middle East, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, particularly Dubai and Abu Dhabi, had significantly advanced in transparency due to government efforts to enhance market efficiency.
