Morocco’s Central Bureau of Judicial Investigations (BCIJ) has arrested a 21-year-old female student suspected of planning a terrorist attack in Rabat, according to local media reports. Initial findings from Moroccan authorities indicate that the suspect was acquiring knowledge in the use of explosives and the preparation of toxic substances, and that those materials were to be used to carry out an attack, believed to be a religious facility in the city of Rabat.
