Morocco’s Competition Council has formally notified GlovoApp Morocco of alleged anticompetitive practices in the food delivery market. The probe, launched in February 2024, followed a surprise raid on Glovo’s Casablanca offices in October. Investigators found evidence of market dominance abuse, partner exploitation, and unfair pricing. Glovo now has a chance to respond before a final ruling. The Council stressed the notification does not predetermine the outcome.
