King Mohammed VI reaffirmed Morocco’s support for Palestine during a speech delivered on his behalf by Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita at the 34th Arab League Summit held Saturday in Baghdad. The Moroccan monarch issued a call for an immediate cessation of military operations in Gaza and a return to negotiations. The King went on to describe the humanitarian situation in Gaza as catastrophic.
