NATO delivers Special Operations Forces’ equipment to Mauritania

In a recent visit to Mauritania, NATO officials delivered special operations forces’ equipment, including ballistic protection, communications and medical equipment in order to enhance Mauritania’s defense and security capabilities. NATO experts met with several Mauritanian officials, including the Minister of Defense Ould Sidi Hanana, to discuss how to further strengthen Mauritania’s defense and security apparatus and ensure continued support and collaboration between NATO and Mauritania.
