Niger’s forces kill Boko Haram’s “Bakura” aided by Moroccan intelligence

Niger’s military forces have killed Boko Haram’s Ibrahim Mahamadou, known as “Bakura,” during what officials described as a “surgical operation” in the Diffa region of southeast Niger, local Moroccan media reported, adding that Morocco’s intelligence services played a crucial role, during a joint operation with Niger’s military forces in the Lake Chad basin region.
