Sudan's Agriculture Minister denies there’s a famine in the country
Sudan's agriculture minister, Abubakr al-Bushra, dismissed claims of famine in the country, questioning UN-backed data that 755,000
Tunisian authorities rescued 34 migrants and found two dead bodies off the North African country's southeastern coast on Friday, according to the National Guard in a statement.
Another 34 people are believed to be missing, the National Guard added,
after survivors told them that there were 70 on board before their vessel
capsized.
This follows another incident earlier this week where over 60 Libyan migrants were feared drowned crossing the Mediterranean.
