UK fintech giant Revolut eyes Moroccan market

United States President Donald Trump met leaders from five African countries at the White House on Wednesday in what observers described as a landmark summit on trade, investment and security. During the lunch, Trump said the leaders hail from “very vibrant places with very valuable land, great minerals, great oil deposits and wonderful people”. President Trump told the leaders of Gabon, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mauritania and Senegal, that “we’re shifting from A.I.D. to trade” In a read out of the meeting by Reuters reporters, Trump praised the Liberia's leader's English, as Senegal's leader pitched the U.S. president a golf course and Trump went on to say that the five countries present at Wednesday's meeting might not get tariffs and that the U.S. could extend a key Africa trade pact.
