Khaled Nouri, told the conference “Contrasting irregular migration goes beyond the capacity of any single country on its own, even if it has all the material and human resources.” 46 Countries participated at the London Summit, as well as the European Union, the Council of Europe, the United Nations Office against drugs and crime, plus representatives of social media outlets such as X, Meta and TikTok.
