Turkey boosts outreach to Libya's rivals with rare Haftar meeting

Türkiye is increasing engagement with Libya’s rival factions to promote unity and bolster its regional influence, following a rare meeting between intelligence chief Ibrahim Kalın and eastern commander Khalifa Haftar.
