A Turkish security source confirmed the visit on Friday. Dbeibah leads Libya's UN-recognised Government of National Unity, backed by Turkey. The ongoing political impasse threatens to unravel four years of relative stability in the oil-rich nation, prompting renewed diplomatic efforts.
