New images from NASA's Terra satellite have highlighted the extent of the drought in Morocco. The satellite captured an image showing the brown, parched landscape around the country’s largest city Casablanca. This shows the deteriorating conditions compared to a picture from the Aqua satellite taken a year earlier, where more green is visible.
